another Haruhi pic i just finished. i ran out of q-tips so the shading isnt finished yet. i like how this one came out , especially the eyes.Related content

the best type of led to use is 0.5 . when i did this i used 0.7 and what i would do was get an extra piece of paper and run the led down until i got a flat end of the led and slow moved back and forth on the picture lightly with it. you can see the lines on this picture as i mentioned in the picture i wasn't able to properly blend the shading because i ran out of Q- tips. the Q-tips , you would blend it in an X . the pencil going one way and the Q- tip blending in the other. like in a cross roads fashion. practice on an extra piece of paper multiple times to get it down.

Wow, this is a great picture. Your right the eyes great. So you use Q-tips instead of your finger to do shading...Good idea.

yeah it works great! when you shade with your fingers you have oil on your fingers which smear the picture, but with Q-tips it doesnt leave the fingerprints onto the page or smear as much
