about a STAMPEDE years ago involving LIVERPOOL crowd/peeps/soccer game
which TRAMPLED/KILLED ALOT of folks? ... .WOW!

Yes I watched that game on TV. It was caused by a lot of drunken supporters trying to get into a full ground. The people killed and injured were in the ground so not their fault. The blame has been put on the emergency services, not the supporters!

Back in the 70's here, in Cincinnati, Ohio at RIVERFRONT STADIUM
there were a few DEATHS when an OVER FLOW CROWD tried
ALL getting INTO the STADIUM to see a MUSIC concert that night ....
Back then, they had 'FIRST COME' and so were OVER BOOKED, so to speak ....
After this incident, LAWS were CHANGED to STADIUM SEATING ....
Meaning you had ONE TICKET bought/allocated ONLY to every ONE "SEAT" inside ....
So it didn't matter WHEN you showed up because YOU HAD YOUR seat for THAT TICKET ....

Yes you are right Brian, if Leicester win on Sunday (our time) they will be champions. Great for a team who at the start of the season where nowhere in the running. Nice to see the underdogs win.
