I reached the end of my deadline for the piece for the moment, and I didn't get to add the rifle yet. Other than that, it is pretty much complete in terms of line work. (Although I realized the upper and lower halves need reconciled in terms of line weight/quality.) I intend to finish this piece later, but I am currently on a quest to improve my art skills--I'll add a journal entry about that soon--that requires I move on to other things.

A work in progress piece of Tychus Findlay from StarCraft 2. Nothing creative here. I copied his clothes/gear from one of the "photos" drawn for Heaven's Devils. I did, however, add his scars from SC2. I should probably remove them to fit the timeline, but this picture is solely for my practice in figure drawing. Unfortunately, for as huge and strong as Tychus is, his muscles are not well defined (he's a marine, not a bodybuilder).

I am particularly fond of this character for assorted reasons, and my objective here is to take my time to do him justice and to avoid taking artistic license. After I finish, I may color him at some point.

P.S. When I'm done, he'll be holding a ghost's sniper rifle. He's about the only SC2 character strong enough to carry the thing!! LOL
