Description
Deer are usually elves in my world, so I made Humbug an elf since he was originally a reindeer. He still runs an antique/magic shop and is quite a scrooge, though. Not because he hates the holidays or because he is a miser, but because he feels that many have lost sight of what truly matters during the time when you're supposed to be spending time with loved ones. There's probably some trauma and tragedy there. No need to look too far into it lol.
