had to draw my new bby designed by the wonderful

I struggled on how to get the glow effects just right (trying add, color dodge, etc.) but ended w/ a paint over, opacity adjust, and blur

also, it was a good time as any to study up them shoelaces

I like how it turned out in the end and just a precious bab I need to name soon! ;w;
