I can't unsee it now. Also this shot shows not only Stephen pulling a Spongebob but that in the entire CG series he is the only engine who's wheels and connecting rods are properly Quartered. His left wheel's crank is not in the same position as his right's. Look at Thomas From the front, James and Percy from the back and even Oliver and Duck and you'll see that their rods are all at the same point in the turn of the wheel.
Even toy trains can't have it done that way without problems the least dangerous of which is Cylinder lock where they jam due to no counterbalance.
