If you know how much I enjoy cheese, you probably won't be surprised by how much I enjoy chile con queso. When I go to Tex-Mex restaurants, it's one of my favorite things to get, especially with a side of tortilla chips. I know it's hardly authentic, as it leans more towards "Tex" than "Mex," but my taste buds and stomach don't care.I thought I'd draw Hank and The Falcon discussing chile con queso. He really enjoys the taste of it, as well its versatility, to the point of declaring it to be his favorite Mexican food. The Falcon, who is Mexican, feels the need to point out that it's not Mexican, at least not wholly. Not that it seems to affect his opinion on it at all...
