Any backstory to what this Europa incident entailed? or is it simply a random name?

I'm still trying to get myself to write it. Basically it's a patrol in a politically sensitiveΒ region of Sol that goes horribly awry, and Fireteam Hammerhead is in the middle of it with little to no reinforcement for fear of such actions looking like acts of aggression. I have this in mind to take place after 2553 ish, when mankind is still recovering.
