I hoped to share this once it was done, but it seems the artist will never finish it. Not sure why, but the artist hasn't followed up with me in a long time despite my messages over two years. I was even going to wait until later this month, but I saw some discussion that Pom might be in the Gunn/Safran plan for DC a day or so ago. So, I figured now was as good a time as any to post this.

This is the fancast I'm most attached to and I wanted to sure what I do have. ME-1 has gone through a lot of revisions over the years since I created it. At first, Starfire wasn't even going to be in it, then she was going to possibly be the love interest for Red Star/Guardian, now she's part of my take on the Batman/Wonder Woman romance. Pom Klementieff is a longtime celebrity crush of mine. I remember when Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 came out and I saw her role as Mantis. Pom's Mantis has the essential positivity I associate with Starfire, especially since that positivity and warm must come from pain given her relation to Ego. She even carries herself the way I see Starfire acting despite being royalty, a complete lack of pomposity and meeting others with a near limitless sense of enthusiasm. The one thing missing from Mantis in the movies is an unstoppable warrior spirit. Given some of Pom's other roles, most significantly her upcoming role in Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One, I'm confident Pom could nail that aspect of Starfire without losing the humor, warmth, and approachability inherent to how I see the character.

So in the fantasy world in which not only do I work for DC, but I get to Kevin Feige my own multiverse, Pom Klementieff would be my first and only pick to play the Wonder Woman of Masterless Earth 1: Queen Koriand'r of Tamaran - Starfire.
