About: Asteria belongs to a young girl called Phoebe. Phoebe was a very sick child, diagnosed with Leukemia at the age of four. During treatment she was sat by the window in hospital with her father and she saw a shooting star, on that star she wished that she would get through this for daddy. Her dad saw the glimmer in his childs eyes and wanted to do something for her , he went to see a seamstress and Asteria was made. Together him and Phoebe placed a bottle of glitter, or as she liked to call it "star dust" into the pillowing for her heart token and Asteria came to life. She was Phoebes light in a dark place and now she's in remission and starting to live the life of a normal child she always has her little wish-upon-a-star by her side for good luck.
