First of all, yeah. The anatomy SUCKS BUTT. I am still practicing, eh heh.. eh heh heh heh. If you want to critique, PLEASE, for the love of humanity, provide a red-line. I wont take "The hands are weird". I only learn visually, friends!
Anyways, here is Lammy from Um Jammer Lammy, a spin off of Parappa the Rapper (or Rappa, lololol). I wanted to try and draw her in my own style.. sorta win, sorta fail, haha.
I friggin' love Lammy. Her personality/ character is very similar to mine, since we are both timid/ shy, but once we are doing the things we love around the people we love, we show our true colors. I will try to draw the little chickie-dee more often, since antro to human helps me better convert to drawing more people.. that sounds.. religious.. XD

Your Lammy looks great! I really like the coloring style you used for her. It really fits her character and has kind of a retro look to it. I know it's been said on here before, but I just wanted to say how much I really like the way your 'Toon Style' looks. It's a very unique style of drawing and really stands out considering so many people draw either standard anime style or try and make their characters look like something from a Final Fantasy game.

Yeah the style that you're developing now looks really good. It's a very nice style that takes from both cartoons and anime, which is becoming very popular very quickly. Look at most of the popular shows on CN and Nickelodeon: Avatar, Teen Titans, Ben 10, Bakugan, Danny Phantom, etc. All of them use a combination of anime and cartoon drawing for the shows. It would be awesome to see you guys as lead animators or lead character designers for a popular tv cartoon someday! I definitely see it as a possibility just because your work is both good and unique. It really stands out versus other drawing styles and should hopefully catch the attention of a network executive someday!

that's so cute!! I love the colors and the background totally fits in with her ^_^. The hands are pretty good too, since mine either tend to become claws or claymation hands, depending on how careless I get with them ^_^;;.
The left shoulder looks a bit dislocated tho =X maybe the arm is out too long?? Other than that it's perfect^_^
