The working files are available as Photoshop ONLY because you can use for both PS and SAI.
And the full files for PS is much more smaller for SAI.
I've put names on certain layers for you to understand about coloring the wings.
Hopefully they would be useful for you.

P/S: Do not ask where is WING 5 because I mistakenly skip the number while naming the files~ //facepalm//

1) You may use for personal use (drawing, game or etc) or commercial use (adopt making, commission, game or etc).
2) You may also print the artworks that use these resources.
3) You may modify the resources as you desired.
