Description I will be using Photoshop CS2 for this tutorial.

1. Go to layers > new adjustment layer > curves, click anywhere on the grid and fill this in:
Input: 66
Output: 77
Now click anywhere on the grid again and fill this in:
Input: 175
Output: 192

2. Go to layers > new adjustment layer > hue/saturation and set saturation to -100.

3. Go to layers > new adjustment layers > curves again and click anywhere on the grid. Fill this in:
Input: 48
Output: 35
Now click anywhere on the grid again, and fill this in:
Input: 176
Output: 189

4. Go to layers > new adjustment layer > brightness/contrast and fill this in:
Brightness: -15
Contrast: -20

5. Go to layers > new adjustment layer > brightness/contrast again and set contrast to +10.

6. Go to layers > new adjustment layer > selective colour and fill this in:
Blacks: -3, 0, -10, +15

Now merge your layers and you're done!

I tried this one out. Makes picture look real nice. I really like the timeless cool feel.
