Tried submitting this to threadless for a T-Shirt design. It was rejected for not being a parody, which was news to me. Might still try to shop it around as a design elsewhere..

fight back then....!!!! Make ur own prints of your pics onto shirts and make it exclusive! That way your stuff wont be mass produced like the other guy... and you can charge more because theyre limited

forget the legal crap! people do game art on shirts and stuff all the time! shoot im about to sell my pair of converses i drew metroid stuff all over!!
