Description
-FULLVIEW-
A little tutorial on how I (Generally) paint a face; from start to finish.
(Part 1) A good knowledge of head dimensions
is a very useful tool for any artist, for the sketching I use a regular brush at 80% Opacity and 70% Flow. For the painting I use squarish brush at 50-60% Opacity, and 20% Flow. You
can trace the head if you need to, though I highly
recommend you really take the time to practice
drawing your own, I also highly recommend using
the technique I used to build up the face, its very
basic, and VERY useful and effective.
(Tip for making a good sketch: Flipping the picture over gives
you a different view on it; and really brings out what you
did wrong.)
