Davinci was a genius and everything, but he only finished about 6 paintings in his entire life, whereas Michelangelo tended to work about 13 hours a day on his art. To me that is more of an inspiration.

Thanks man. Im actually having a go at being a real artist, working on lots of stuff for a (hopefully) exhibition, probably end up being in 6-12 months or something, but itd be pretty sweet having my own exhibition opening and all that jazz.

nah, thats totally cool. The artist statement that I had with this one is like 'Man creates beauty through art, now and in the future. However through the creation of the world God is the origin of all beauty, and thus all inspiration.' Its the same kind of reasoning for the Sistine Chapel Ceiling. -That the greatest artist is God.
