Description This poster hanging on the wall near the restaurant of the Royal Station Hotel (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) shows Canadian Pacific Railway EMD FP9A diesel locomotive No. 4040 pulling a streamlined train through the Rocky Mountains.  Some online research revealed that the original poster was drawn around 1950 by Peter Ewart and has shown up on some jigsaw puzzles.
