Description Though the Isetta "bubble car" was designed by the Italian company Iso, most Isettas were built by BMW, which improved its performance and made it the first mass-production car to burn only three liters of fuel every hundred kilometers.  In Britain, the three-wheeled Isetta was the most popular version as, under British law, it could be driven with a motorcycle license rather than an automobile license.  This red 1961 BMW Isetta 300 is displayed at the Science Museum in London.

Is that a car or a decorative aquarium?

Very interesting to see and learn about quirky old cars like that.
