Becky stands up, completely looking around, wanting nothing more than to get out of this situation and survive.
She takes a starting position like runners do in track and field.
She looks around again and hopes that if she starts running now that Isabelle is not quickly enough.
Then, if the emergency door isn't locked, she can escape, which would be best in this situation for now.
Isabelle would then have won the first battle but not the war with her.

When Becky feels safe she wants to start she gets up and starts running....
