Cloud's like half-dead (varying in closeness to death) for the majority of the story. rofl.
It's BL with a Sephiroth/Cloud pairing. Although I'm not big on the romance portion of the story,
the large amount of prolonged, well-written Cloud angst more than makes up for it! XD

I love romance too! Although in this scenario, it seems somewhat unexplained (with the exception of extreme hero worship)? It's so sudden and so intense without Cloud ever having spoken to Sephiroth before (from what I recall), that it makes Cloud seem somewhat stalkerish. lol. However, if you overlook that minor *ahem* detail, it's intriguing with oh so much Cloud angst. XD

Initially, I drew him a lot more emotional. Afterwards though, i was looking at it and laughing, thinking that Cloud looked a little too pitiful. So it became a lot more subtle. XD

Cloud = angst, and there's nothing we can do about it. Except draw pretty pictures of angsty Cloud :3 His expression is perfect, and the 'cloud' effect at the bottom is so nice.
