woop yet another dumb OC. This one's a mermaid. but not just any mermaid, no, she's a whale mermaid. specifically, a blue whale. She's HUGE. about 80 feet long to be exact. She's not keen on the human language or any sort of human social cues for that matter, so she may come off as dumb. but she learns quickly. She's a big cutie who loves cuddles (even though she may accidentally break someone's bones) and sun bathing. She usually sticks around human civilizations near the ocean because she loves learning about them, though it's usually only from afar since past experiences with human interaction up close didn't end well. she has a little bit of magic power that she can use to manipulate water or cast minor spells, and the blue markings under her eye and on her shoulder glow when she does so.
