A courser from the institute before it's destruction at the Hands of Minuteman General James "Jimmy" O'Reilly. After the Institute's destruction she is one of the last surviving Coursers, with her purpose in life gone she wanted to die. In Hangman's Hideaway, settlers rounded up any synth they could find, F-0X simply let them take her. As she was about to be lynched the Minutemen saved her and the other captured synths. The one leading the charge none other then the man who destroyed the institute, General O'Reilly.

After he saved her life she pledged herself to his cause of making the Commonwealth a Safer place for everyone. As a gift he gave her Chinese stealth armor he recovered from a Military base, with her making upgrades to it like Ballistic weave. A rumor many minuteman soldiers is that Her and the General are a thing, but nether have confirmed anything. Fox herself has a admitted not understanding human emotions very well. (She has them but was conditioned to be a cold, emotionally stunted killer. Like every Courser before her."
