Wow I can see you're a very tallented artist, this must of takken an age to finish! I love the way you shade the skin and do the anatomy, the blending of the colours in the hair is great too!
Only cristisum I have (ahem not being mean -_-" ) is looking closely and your refrences, maybe keep them open in anothe window to refer to? ^^
