This piece displays a good understanding of close point light. I also appreciate that you chose not to devote extra time rendering certain details that weren't really that important. It look like you went to where you thought it was good and stopped there without becoming obsessive about any thing.

Wow thanks! Yes light is something I'm exploring at this period I do hate leaving it a little unfinished here and there... but seeing as I was only drawing this for fun during lunch breaks at work, I didn't stress that much over it ^^ Thank you for taking the time to observe this in so much detail and leave such lovely feedback!

I think the little less detailed bits help to tru up the central core features. They work as a point of comparison. Good art and effort deserve thought and meaningful discussion.
