Description Because mages totally need that mail despite only being able to wear cloth. For those who do not know, "RP" stands for "roleplay." In World of Warcraft roleplayers would usually have a separate gear set that they wore as their roleplaying outfit for when they were not in combat, roleplaying, and/or just relaxing.

Some people need to have a GM drop a "nuke character" bomb on their head.... I hate when this happens.... so many times I've had gear swiped by someone who couldn't wear it... worse response ever I got for why from one that stayed was "I need the gold... you don't look like you need it" o.o I was gonna wear it dipshit! Not sell it *facepalm*

I had a DK who needed everything (all greens, blues, even ones with INT on them) in my Hellfire Ramparts instance because he "needed the gold." Le sigh.

When it gets to be too much in runs, I mention it and ask them to stop, if they don't I initiate a kick. On most occasions unless it's a pre-made guild group, they get booted. I laced into one guy once about the whole gold comment, telling him if he learned to quest maybe he'd have gold, but since he's probably from the new generation of noobs, he probably didn't even know what a quest was. He broke down crying mid party about how I was a meanie to a noob, that he didn't know the game, and he was trying his hardest to learn it. I asked how old he was. He said 26. I paused then told him... learn to read, it will take you far in this game. He left party XD didn't see him ever again.

I'm amazed they even CAN need on mail... Aren't they supposed to only be able to need items that they can actually use?

Since I last played, players could need on any item regardless of armor/stat type from any instance until they hit BC content. Sadface for all of the people who need gear and are leveling 15-60 by instancing.
