Description Here are the items that make up Lyretail:

-Its head is made of a broken, cracking teapot. The spout is gone, but the smudged, painted decal of a flower is still visible around the place where Lyretail's eye now gazes out.

-Its body is made of a water hose, and there must still be some moisture inside if the vapor wafting from its many openings is any indication. Its mouth is a part of the hose that has been jaggedly cut down the middle.

-The tongue inside its mouth is made of a line of measuring tape.

-Metal pipes wind around its body, and are fitted with the bells of brass instruments. They act as an escape for vapor. At times they make something of a wheezing, musical sound, as well.

-Attached at intervals across Lyretail’s body are what appear to be valves taken from trumpets.

-Cogs line Lyretail’s back like spikes. From time to time they will turn.

-Lyretail’s arms are made of wrenches. Its claws are jaggedly cut pieces of thin metal.

-Fragments of organ pipes jut out from the top of Lyretail’s head. They open at times to spew vapor and sometimes make a whistling noise.

-Lyretail gets its name from the appearance of its tail, which has lines of wire strung from valves on the tip of its tail to holes drilled into a wooden painter’s palette. The wires are taut and look strikingly like a lyre, but whether they make any sound when strummed is unknown; approaching Lyretail just to satisfy this curiosity is highly discouraged.

Has a very musical quality about it. I love your unique stylistic approach to it - it's reminiscent of paper cutouts and Harlem Renaissance pieces. I like it.
