Awesome pic. It's true that the fight would be in Batman's favor with the use of Kryptonite, but I feel that by now Superman probably expects half of his opponents (especially if it was ever Batman) to try to use Kryptonite when they go up against him so I think he has a few plans to combat it. Cause contrary to what most Bat-fans believe and want others to believe, Superman isn't just some dumb jock and Kryptonite doesn't just outright kill him. With Kryptonite and planning Batman would most likely win, but in any other situation Superman would turn Batman into a stain on the pavement.

Without prep/without Kryptonite, Batman will lose.
Remember, Batman only kicked Superman's butt in Frank Miller's story because Batman was ready for the Man of Steel and had his bodysuit laced with Kryptonite.
Without that Kryptonite and without time to prepare, Batman loses.

Actually this already happened on Frank Miller's "The Dark Knight Return" series from 1986. In book 4 titled "The Dark Knight Falls" the Bat's puts an ass whipping on Supes! Anyway take a read on it and you'll see it!

Yeah man, the story that Frank Miller wrote and drew was what make way to the Batman movies in the 80's and now. Yeah the Bat's did a number to Supes that would make any Supes enemy jealous! Bats used his street smarts and superior street fighting abilities. Anyway try finding and reading it from the begining and you will love it! Oh also DC/Warner animation just came out with part 1 of the animated version of the Dark Night Returns, so this is another way to see it. However the animated story will not have all of the details of the comic 4 part series. Take it easy!
