Description
I like the kinds of things that ~DeathToSquishies draws.This face was one of them. The download is a zip file containing wallpaper size images with this in the lower left corner. I have both a 4:3 (normal) and 16:10 (widescreen) version available.
The face appears in this deviation.
In the zip file is also a secondary face that I felt like adding.

Wanted to use it as a background but my computer refuses to so much as glance in the general direction of png files. :c so I changed it to jpeg and then tried it and it won't show up, the screen just goes default blue desktop colour ;A;

Well I made it with a transparent background color. If you fill it in with something before you save it to jpg, it should work. Also, make sure you have it resized to fit your screen since I made the original huge.

Still didn't work ;-; I filled it white and still nada. Oh, well... :c I still have a few others lying around so... maybe I'll try again tomorrow when I have the time to muck about with this on photoshop <3

Vista is fine. I use PNGs all the time as my background though.
When you go to personalize from your desktop, in the image selection page, make sure that the box is set to either fill or stretch.

A "I don't care, it's funny" style. You just openly poke fun and I find it delightful.
Also, you use Paint to do your artwork, which in itself is pretty interesting. No smooth lines. No shading. You're not making art to be popular, you're doing it because you like it.
