I was watching 's joinme and it made me want to try and do another pixel icon : Di like how it came out; I just wish i could of gotten the dip-dye to look right ;A;

This is a very nice icon design! It has a very clean visual appearance, and perfect eye-animation! This character position is unique and very relaxed--it makes the owner of the icon feel relaxed and happy, I think, so that it would make a good base to keep and reuse. Your skill at pixel-art shows in the bright eyes with impossibly tiny highlights in them, and coloration and shading is very well-done here, with the highlights in the hair being perfect. I know you think you didn't do so well on the small matter of the dip-dye, but though the color doesn't show clearly, the hair is gradient-tinted lighter there, which still works, and you can see the change in shade really well.
Overall, a peaceful, cheery icon style, worth keeping!

Very cute! I did a critique--keep in mind, I still have very little idea of what kind of work goes into a pixel-icon.... Love it, nevertheless!
