Obviously, his name is Arlen (rip in pieces the name Cam). I've kind of explained a little about him on Elsie's portrait, but I can explain it again. He and Elsie are neighbors and have been great friends for years. He's around 14 years old.

(I've been doing these for a few hours now nonstop ;-; my eyes can't take it anymore, so I'll complete the final main character portrait tomorrow... I hope)
