Evil Ryu garage kit.Had this on display at melbourne supanova 2015
Only 5 cast, 3 still up for grabs!
only $65 aud + shipping.
(doesn't come with head band, just the bust pictured on the right)
1:4 scale
It is solid resin and weighs 2 kgs
Is about 20 cm high ( 7.8 inches )

I'm guessing you do a 2 part mould for this, and do you use silicon? Damn I gotta get myself back into playing with sculpting and casting. I've got all the gear here, should bloody do it!

Yeah 2 piece mold, I use a silicon called pinkysil.
If you have silicon and resin at home you should use it up, that shit expires and then it's no good..

Oh yeah, pinkysil. That's the stuff I use. Shiiiiiit! Man after selling my house and shit that stuff have probably been sitting in storage for like ...... dunno, 2 years now. I can't remember if I had any opened bottles or if I only had unopen stuff left. But damn, I hope it hasn't gone off. I have a bunch of resin too, stuff that's the same brand maybe from Barnes. Hope it hasn't gone to waste. Wish I had a work space where I can make use of it.

Not sure about the unopened stuff but if you have resin thats been opened, it's shit after 6 months.
Not sure about the life of the silicon. If you ring barnes they can tell ya.

These are very small (about 20cm). I checked their scale by comparing some Evangelion scale sources => vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/eβ¦
and the scale is exactly 1/400 by comparing my kits ! XD
I will try to build some 1/400 Tokyo III streets/building ! 
I suppose that it will take more time to make the diorama than the kits because it may be a huge work !
