"What's that?" Ragnar nodded at the yellow snake wrapped around Aesir's neck. The young man didn't respond. "Hey, I'm talking to you."

Suddenly, Aesir let out a short, high pitched whistle and the snake turned its head to Ragnar. It hissed, wings flared and fangs glistening in the sunlight. Its body crackling with electric energy. Ragnar instinctively took a step back into a defensive stance. Aesir smiled and rubbed the snake on the cheek, who was continuing her threatening display.

"She'll be the last thing you'll see if you don't back off," Aesir said.
