Description
So, I´m still and always in training and trying new techniques.
1) Sometimes I start with outlines and colorize them. That works good but it's annoying to paint over the outlines again.
2) Recently I tried to start with colours and add all important outlines afterwards, which turned out to be not quite satisfying because you don't see any contours that motivate at the beginning.
3) This time I tried to outline and paint all in black/white and that was REAL FUN!! Starting with outlines that you wouldn't lose by shading/rendering darker and darker (using several Layers to control it better) is just SWEEEET. I didn't need to higlight and therefore paint over anything, except at the end some super-tiny-mini reflections on the nose, lips and eyes pffff. My lazyness pays off I guess
Although the plan was to colorize the black/white painting in the next step, I didn't feel there was a need to do it - It just works like this too.. Maybe next time (I hope that works good and efficient) and I`m looking forward to check out many more techniques
