I'm of the opinion that a lot of people in the future may choose to go barefoot if they're all living in orbital space colonies or in massive archologies, where walkways are less likely to have refuse or rough and jagged pavements. This city-scape appears to be based on an archology.

Ha, I wish she was. She certainly thinks so. Adrea is the main character in a story I wrote. Certainly, I treat her as real as possible in my renders.
