Blackbirds. Actually they do look alike except for some details (American robins would have whitish patches on their throat and eyebrows). Twitchers would go crazy if we had American robins nesting on our balcony, here in FinlandΒ Β

Β Well, no photo exactly like this even exists. Of course, I did take a few photos for reference, but in reality the chicks never posed this nicely. So I made up the composition and painted the birds the way I wanted.
