Description

Being out in the wilderness was a hard adjustment for Regalo. He was used to being pampered and loved in warm stalls and wearing soft comfy rugs. He was a companion service animal and not ridden, so he could easily count the amount of times he was out in the wilderness. That being said, it wasn't so bad, especially in the safety of the bachelor herd. A lot of the members were smaller than him, so he wasn't even threatened all that much. The leader was very easy to respect and trust, knowing just where to go and teaching them how to survive.

Regalo was enjoying a lazy day by the lake with the other colts, drinking and playing and drinking again in a loop. The water was cold but if he kept moving it didn't bother him. Despite his almost pathetic demeanor he was an Admiralskaya and therefore related to some hardy wild horses after all.

He was nuzzling and playing with the ripples in the water when the herd suddenly exploded into action, scattering water everywhere. Regalo's training resulted in his immediate reaction to be 'they're just spooking at a plastic bag''. He glanced at them as they ran, remaining still as they looked in his direction fearfully. what did i do?

He was a service horse, it was his job to not spook at something stupid, he had his human to look after- wait.

He looked up with a snort, squealing when he was faced with a giant red tree creature. It was the most bizarre and terrifying thing he had seen in his sheltered life. The water splashed everywhere as he scrambled away, tripping slightly in his panic.
