But I dislike how much yaoi shipping there is. ;-; Nyotalia x Hetalia is okay sometimes, though.

Germany is pretty cool. ^^ I think that Germany x Nyo!Italy is really cute though~ Lol, Italy acts so much like a girl, he really ought to have just been one in the first place. XD And his female version is really cute. :3
Hah, each to his own, eh? I just think that artists and fanfiction writers that ship yaoi pairings ship them a bit too hard… ^^' Often it gets graphic, which makes me pretty uncomfortable. Personally it disturbs me, but everyone has his own opinion, I guess.

To each his own. There is a vast fan base this appeals to. If you're not into smut, you probably shouldn't read or watch it XD. There's plenty of fluff an non-pairing work to enjoy. Italy is undoubtedly cute in any form, but I've always preferred him as he is.

Because people have a diverse set of interests. That are not restricted to how they identify themselves.

Just because I am perceived as one way doesn't mean I can't appreciate, respect or even enjoy other cultures, lifestyles, or genres.
