So, after many weeks of on and off this painting, it's finally finished! I'm quite happy with this one, even if the scan reall does no justice to the colors... the original painting has more vivid hues, and I worked so hard to get them. *Sigh*Making her hair has been quite difficult, as Daenerys is described with silver hair with golden reflexes (not sure if this is the right word in English), which is quite a pain to obtain with watercolors. The risk was to get her with just grey hair and I absolutely didn't want that! So I added several shades of grey, some yellow and then lots of white gouache. I hope the result is enough effective.

Uhm c'è qualcosa che non mi convince nel cielo... anche se so che dovrebbe essere così non mi convince lo stesso. Strana la cosa del cielo, anche perchè non ha pretese di realismo, ma ha lo scopo di creare atmosfera e ricondurre al tema del fuoco. Buh. Cmq sono contenta che in generale ti piaccia e sono curiosa di vedere la tua versione in digitale!

Ho ben capito qual'era il tuo intento con il cielo ma forse avrei amalgamato un po' di piΓΉ i colori. Credo ci sia troppo contrasto tra i bordi molto scuri dell'acquerello lasciato andare e la parte interna. PuΓ² anche essere un effetto della scansione, non mi stupirebbe, perΓ² invece di darmi l'idea di fuoco il cielo mi da l'idea di un colore unico che Γ¨ stato accidentalmente bagnato troppo. So che quella tecnica consiste in quello (me l'hai insegnata tu

Dovresti continuare allora!! All'inizio Γ¨ solo la "povera Daenerys", ma poi diventa un personaggio bello tosto
