is it the same for men with curly hair because i'm trying to draw a friend and he has curly hair and i'm having a really hard time with it and because he has short curly hair it's even harder for me is so I was wondering if you can give me some tips?

Nice tut!
What about short curly hair? Like, just coming down to the halfway ear point, or boy-short or something. That's the thing that seems most difficult (and there are hardly any tutorials on it).

You seem to be having some anatomy troubles in this Tutorial. 
Also, The shoulders on the schoolgirl seem very sharp and unnatural. And the rest of her head appears to be cut off above the ear. I'd like to mention the problems I see in the doodles in the upper righthand corner, too. The lower girl's eyes are crooked and higher far right girl's face isn't defined at all along that angle.
I realize your focus on this was the hair. But the mistakes were the first thing I saw as a viewer and could have been easily fixed.
