Extra Information and backstory:
Aslan lives in a quaint village in southern Osten as far away as possible from the Wildwoods. Guardian of the deity of craft, Aslan holds great admiration towards the handy work of almost anything, however, his favourite thing is to discover how traditional objects have changed and developed over time. Aslan has always great fear of the Wildwoods, his fear stemmed from hearing the many tales and myths from other Foolings. Sadly, this resulted in him being afraid of almost any form of travel or exploration, leaving him wanting to lead a simple, comfortable, but safe live. However, one day, Aslan ran into a guide who was passing through the village. The guide shared many breath taking stories and experiences, which inspired Aslan to overcome his fear hoping to experience what he has missed and blocked out for so long. After the guides departure from the village, he immediately set to work, gathering supplies to create the cloak and collar lining he wears today. His cloak, serving almost as a security blanket. Now, Aslan often searches for travellers, eager to learn about their experiences and what they have to share, inspiring and shaping his style. Often, Aslan creates a small gift to give the travellers, hoping to share a part of him, however small it may be, thanking them for helping him become the fooling he is today. Thankful for his simple colours and fur, Aslan loves the idea of being a blank slate, so he can decorate himself up and down through what he loves, crafting.

Aslan is an intent listener and is always eager to learn about and from others. Generally, he prefers to be a good listener as he can often be shy around acquaintances. However, if you are a close friend, be prepared for a wave of questions and thoughts to supply his curiosity. Aslan is also always a very positive energy as he wishes that no one will need to go through the same fears and shelter themselves like he did for so long. Instead, he wants to expose them to the beauties and wonders the many surroundings have to offer. If any fooling is passing through Osten, Aslan will gladly be of assistance or help. Loving craft, Aslan is also useful for repairs and other supplies needs if a fooling is found in trouble.

Significance of Favourite Things

Berries
These berries signify the monumental moment when Aslan made his first small venture away from his village in Osten and nearby surroundings. This exciting and nerve-wracking experience was very special to him.  He had headed east from his village into the outskirts of nearby woods, scattered around the edge were many beautiful bright yellow berries resting in bushes. He had never seen a fruit he ate everyday in it's natural habitat and found it fascinating. To commemorate this day, he plucked several of his favourite looking berries, tucked them into the lining of his collar before heading back to him home. This was the start of his many adventures.

Rosemary
Before Aslan was brave enough to embark on his own expeditions, he met a traveller that completely flipped his views on the "outside" world. This traveller lived around an area that farmed beautiful, fresh rosemary. The fooling had taken it with them to season the food he would eat to remind them of home. The fooling, delighted to have another foo (Aslan) so eager and interested to learn about their history, gave some of the sprigs of rosemary to Aslan to share a part of their culture. More importantly, a part of them. This was the first traveller to expose Aslan to the wondering he was missing out on.

Brass Trinkets
The third favourite item of Aslan, are the brass trinkets of a fox and a bird. Given to him by another traveller, these trinkets were made with great symbolism. Because the traveller lived in a village with many blacksmith, one of his friends had given him these to trinkets as good luck token for his journey. The fox, reminding the traveller to stay smart and wise along the journey, the bird, to symbolise the freedom to push any boundaries set. The fooling intrigued by Aslan, wanted to pass on his two tokens to hopefully inspire and thank Aslan, reminding him that he always has someone there for him.

Aslan has taken care of many travellers over time and rarely receives gifts of gratification, it is the moments and stories they share that are truly meaningful. But if they do, it will surely be one of Aslan's favourite items.
