Appearance:
Dunescians are most closely related to that of canines in make-up and behaviors, however are also a mix between a type of bird and a cervidae, with the accent of one other random species for their tails. This can also be pre-determined due to their natural environments and branch of evolution. Although Dunescians can share similar palettes, their physical traits in patterns and other assets are often very different from one another. Physical traits that they do all closely share however are the proportions and shape/structure of their bodies as well as a special core embedded in their chest which is the general source of their life force.
Notable Traits:
-Gems, Gold, Silver, or Armor decor on ears, claws(anthro ver. only), and other parts of body (Not always but commonly, these are also attached to their bodies much like the Soul Core, excluding the chest armor which is hand-made)
-Often wear unique chest-plates for Core protection

Dunereapers are a canine-like creatures who closely resemble Dunescians, however are a subspecies of their own. Although organic, they are mostly artificial, with their origins currently unknown other than being created by third parties as a form of homunculi. Dunereapers are ominous in appearance, possessing larger claws than their cousins as well a secured mask that hides their particularly distorted faces (Anthro ver. only). Unlike Dunescians, their tails and ears do not vary as much in shape or form other than manual alterations. Humanoid Dunereapers also tend to have more pale or dull colored skin and a mutation in one eye. Color of hair and skin may have regional/climate influences much like Dunescians but Dunereapers no longer represent any deities in particular.
Dunereapers also do not possess a normal soul core. Their life force is instead, a special luminescent plasma that runs through their entire body. This plasma is generally a single color by de
