Description
Leif is a small adult Snivy. He is the result of a "failed" experiment in a secret, illegally run lab. Leif has a variety of genetic defects, many of which cause him to be quite vulnerable in many ways. Leif is not a Shiny, his coloration is due to the genetic experimentation done while he developed inside his egg. These genetic defects include a degree of albinism, which causes him to be more sensitive to UV rays -- this means he gets sunburned very easily and very quickly. His eyesight is quite poor, visually depicted by his pale steel blue eyes, his vision is likely near-sighted and either smeared or blurry even then. Despite this, Leif is able to read, though on a very low level. Leif is even further distinguished from normal Snivy by his feet. They are more blob-like, instead of the normal vine-like/nub-like feet that normal Snivy have. Leif, as well, is capable of simple speech, though stutters and stammers quite a lot.

The most vulnerable genetic defect Leif suffers from is that he cannot perform any Pokémon moves/attacks (Tackle does not count). Leif cannot use Vine Whip, Leaf Tornado, etc. He's entirely incapable of these feats. Various cuts and chunks are missing from his tail leaf due to his inability to defend himself.

Leif lives in Etzel Forest, housed within the Ajin Province of the Chanoni Nation, residing on the continent of Rhaokin. Etzel Forest is a geographical oddity, having fruits, veggies, plants and trees from all climates -- where all plants can grow at any time of year and thrive. Leif has a small shack-like structure he's built for shelter near a stream being fed by a natural spring. As Leif is relatively defenseless, he has turned to farming for food instead of only foraging. Leif's body is somewhat stretchy, allowing him to swallow up a bunch of water and transport it to his small garden farm.

Leif has a small flint knife and a stone axe. He has learned how to weave matts after seeing a group of humans with a basket. He was glad to find some way to cover the floor of his small shack in something that wasn't dried grass. Today, however, Leif has gotten a few pages of info from someone he misses very dearly -- the only human who treated him with any care. These pages show pictures with simple instructions and explanations that Leif can understand. These pictures show him how to weave, make baskets, how to use clay to form pots, plates and cups, how to use bamboo as a pipe to transport water, and even some pictures and instructions on how to melt and cast copper and other metals to make durable tools.

Leif has a few fetishes, though none of them are sexual.
