How he was built was like this: During the setup for the Mega Man 4 adapton, when Wily was giving more weapons to Pharaoh Man's systems, Pharaoh Man says sorry to Mega Man (Not really at him) Calling him "Copy Man" Wily take the opportunity to steal that name and make a Robot Master as an Upgrade of Mega Man. Copy Man's Weapons are Copy Dart and Copy Beam
