I look at the bushes, clods of dirt hanging from their roots, and catch my breath as the word "rose" registers. I'm about to yell vicious things at Peeta when the full name comes to me. Not plain roses, but Evening Primroses.

This is my idea of what Katniss is like at the end of Mockingjay; all scarred and patchy. She is also very obviously emotionally disturbed and troubled, hence the stormy far-away eyes.

So I finishes the hunger games series a few months ago, (I read all three in like a week lol) and right after I started on this and a couple other HG inspired pieces. It's just taken me until now to finish them. I have another almost done. But I guess that's what I get working on them five minutes at a time.

Also I was a giant pile of emotion and feels when I finished the book so every time I went to work on this I would get all "NNNNNNNNNGHDHJSHD FEELS CANT DO It..... buhgdjhs"
Great series though, (last book was a bit rushed, but I digress) I recommend it to anyone not sure if they want to read it
