Yeaaah... this is DAMN hard to do. He's got his rarely opened eyes, wide mouth... ugh.i havent seen anyone else draw him real so this is my shot at it.

Not that I'm an expert, but when you do lips when you're drawing a portrair, you never outline them at all.
Shading and that's it.
Other than that, I think it's goin' pretty well.

Well, from a class i took, the lips and the line, are to go up to as far as the middle of the eyes. So i think you're on the ball with his lips quite possibly
