Happy New Year, guys!! I haven't talked to most of you in forever. I've been very... all over the place, lately. I've been away from my tablet =/ I hope I can change that this year. This was actually done in 2013, last week, but I just remembered I should upload it XD This is the first completed picture I've done in a LONG time. I used a picture from Scandal (the show.
