Monikers: Eyeless Julie, Julie the Killer, Eyeless Dreamer (only her parents call her this but it's her preference)

Bio: Born by way of cesarian section from Jeff's womb (who was very pissed off when it was discovered he was pregnant because "Jack compromised his manhood"). She was born with Jeff's bleach white leathery skin and his carved smile. She has Jack's taste for kidneys (though she eats normal food too), his razor-like teeth, and (lack of) eyes. Her hair a dark black that reflects blue-silver under light.
Preferred killing method: scalpel. (Which she uses to carve a smile onto her victims' faces and cut out their organs.)
