Are halflingers considered coldbloods? Anyway, draft horses do have a whole lotta power. My friend wants to ride a shire horse. That'll be fun!! Do you have a horse? Yeah, I'll think of joining that. Thanks! HORSES RULEZ!!

I don't own a horse at the moment, but I am training a Belgium Draft for a therapy riding place. You can see a pic of her in my gallery Mandy Mei. She's never been ridden, only driven so she's a challange. And yes I belive halflingers are colds.

I know! It's the most beautiful thing to see! The horses teach me as well, teach me that there is such a thing as unconditional love, more importantly that that love is inside me. I love the horses unconditionally, through their good days and their bad, I know that they always have the soul of a healing Angel.

Very well said. I cannot agree more. Have you heard of monty roberts aka the horse whisperer? Hes doing the reverse to horses, healing the abused etc. Its nice to think that somehow we can repay what they have given us.

I have heard of him. I worked at a wildlife center and we would get horses taken away from people by the police. They always ended up such sweet animals despite all they'd been through.

aww..thats a happy ending. Too many horses are deemed "un-fixable" and put down. Its always so sad because its never their fault. Its never the animals fault when something happens, its always the humans. If a horse kicks, its because the humans scared or hurt it.

Yeah, everytime I've ever been bitten or hurt by any animal I always except 150% of the blame!

Absolutely gorgeous! The offset between the colours of the horse and those of the sand really brings out the heat of the desert. I'll just go and fav this now shall I...
