I'm not a photographer so won't insult you by trying to sound like one...but this caught my attention. It has such a feel of anticipation to it, it's very sensual.

I rather like the bit of noise, it adds texture. This is a wonderful capture.

Oh yeah all the negative space, I got ya, I just wanted that in the pic as I felt it just made what you could see stand out better. :/

I like how ther is just enough lighting to make out their features. If you upgreade I would go with a digital SLR becaue their very versitle and with the right lense you should be able to shoot in even the worst lighting and not get noise. Check this site [link] out and get a feel of what will work for you.

haha thanks for the link I do shoot digital and my lowest aperture lens is a 1.4 50mm and with the angle I was shooting and the spontaneous nature of the pic I wouldn'tve been able to get that with it so I used my 18-70mm zoom and shot at 800 iso.

Does your 17-700mm lens have a 2.8 aperture? If it did, I would think you could have used a tripod and taken the shot with a lower iso but I guess I wouldn't know since the only lens I have is a 28-200mm F3.5.

Nopers it doesn't go that low, it's like 3.5 . as for a tripod I don't have one lol.

Well that definitely requires the high iso.
