a b o u t: J.K. Rowling is my idol, so while working on some proper art, I've made this stamp. Once I get my subscription up and running, I'll post this in my journal. For now, I'll just share it with you guys...Some things change your life forever; Harry Potter changed mine. The books trigged the joy of reading for me; and the reason I'm doing so well in school now is just because I spendt thousands of hours reading when I was younger... And it all started with Harry Potter.
One day, I'll write a novel. And on the first page of that novel, (if it ever gets published) it will say: "To J.K. Rowling, who inspired not only this book, but also me as a human being."
Not kidding.

Me and my friends had a Harry potter sleepover. Where we watched all of the potter films and acted as our characters. I was Bellatrix, and we also had Hagrid, Harry and Hermoine. We even went to the park and went on the equipment as Harry potter characters. The looks we got from that

That's me! My friends and I can argue for hours over plot points and characters in HP. I once saw the real movie props in New York, and my mom didn't bother getting the audio tour to explain the props because she had me. I was so proud

This doesn't even BEGIN to describe me... I have been reading Harry Potter books since I was nine years old (I'm 21 now) and I'm trying to get my son started on it too. I started reading long before I started Harry Potter, but like you, HP sparked a passion in me for reading that continues to date. JK Rowling has truly inspired me and it is one of my life dreams to meet her and talk with her. Great stamp.

The book that changed everything for me was Lord of the Rings. Right after finishing Return of the King, I fell into reading Harry Potter. To this day I ache to be in that world, just like I ache to be in Middle Earth. I want to go Hogwarts, be in the Hufflepuff House, have a wand and take Charms classes. Awesome book, awesome world.
